Exercise Regime for the week

My exercise plan for the coming week:

  • No yoga
  • No crunches
  • No swimming

Why? Because I am not to overstretch my fragile skin or scratch myself accidentally or get my wound infected….

I am so gonna get yoga-withdrawal symptoms
